Gulf Coast Center MHMR Connect Transit selected Satterfield & Pontikes Construction to build a new park and ride facility at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) Victory Lakes campus. The new facility provides commuter bus service between League City and Galveston and accommodates approximately 450 cars. Scope of work included: • 1,872 SF terminal building with steel frame and concrete foundation • 44-foot-wide commercial driveway • Parking lot and left turn lane construction • Parking lot lighting • Rough carpentry, doors, frames and hardware • Masonry, glazing, interior finishes • Utilities installation • Signage, fencing • Plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems • Sanitary and storm sewer systems • Landscaping, earthwork
