Working collaboratively with Corporate Office Properties Trust, a Columbia, MD based REIT, Norwood served as construction manager for a multi-phase repositioning project at Arborcrest Corporate Campus in Blue Bell, PA an 137-acre property, formerly the headquarters campus of Unisys Corporation. At Lakeside I, Norwood completed the comprehensive renovation of this 1970’s, 4-story, 218,000 SF building into a LEED v2.0 C/S Gold certified office building. To keep the project on schedule through extreme winter weather conditions, Norwood built temporary greenhouse enclosures to allow construction to continue. Within the transformed facility, Norwood completed multiple interior build-out projects for: - Unisys Corp World HQ (160,000 SF) - BCI / Health Now (43,000 SF) - McDonald’s (17,000 SF)
