A 266,000 s.f., 12-story, high-end Class A office building with stone floor and stone and glass wall panels on a 1.2-acre site east of John Wayne Airport.

The building features a structural steel frame with concrete filled metal deck and aluminum panel/curtainwall exterior skin and is the first in California to be pre-certified in the Leadership in Energy and Environment Design (LEED®) Core and Shell program. The LEED® Core and Shell program sets performance standards for the sustainable design of new construction of whole buildings.

The 2211 Michelson office tower features innovative wastewater and irrigation technologies, reduced use of electricity and water, low-emitting materials, maximum daylight within interior spaces, and extensive gardens with 50 new trees.
