Wilhelm Construction Company

Wilhelm Construction served as general contractor for this five-level, 300,000-square-foot, 1000-car parking structure. The design-build garage was built on geopiers as a cast-in-place structure. Construction was completed nearly one month ahead of schedule with no accidents and no injuries after nearly 50,000 man-hours. Architecturally, the façade features a green screen system of panelized planting boxes with growing ivy to block the view of cars on each level. Each stair tower is wrapped in curtain wall glazing.
