F.A. Wilhelm Construction Company served as general contractor for this state-of-the art five-story, 270,000-square-foot Neuroscience Center and 942-car, six-level parking garage. The building includes an elevated pedestrian walkway spanning 16th Street connecting to the IU Health People Mover and IU Health Methodist Hospital. The building achieved a LEED Gold certification by the U.S. Green Building Council.
