Hunzinger Construction Company completed a $12 million new memory care community for Silverado in Brookfield. Based in Irvine, California, Silverado's mission is to provide the highest quality of care and support to those with memory impairment and other chronic and acute conditions. The new memory care community sits on a beautiful 7.5 acre site purposefully designed to meet the unique and progressive needs of those affected by Alzheimer's, dementia and other forms of memory loss. The new campus features an abundance of open space, natural lighting and lush greenery. Silverado Senior Living accommodates up to 95 residents and has a fully licensed staff on-hand to assist residents during their stay. In addition to patient rooms, the new facility features a dining area, back-of-house kitchen, bistros and a central courtyard with stunning views of the surrounding environment. Silverado's hybrid model combines a vibrant and social living environment with comprehensive clinical care, allowing residents to receive consistent care through their progression of needs.
