Corona Del Mar, CA
A 100,000 s.f. high-end, specialty retail center includes outdoor cafes and Bristol Farms. As the centerpiece of Corona del Mar's regional business and shopping district, the wood-framed plaster buildings with accents of awnings and water fountains are surrounded by carrot wood and palm trees. Since the shopping and dining center is situated in a high-end retail district, Snyder Langston needed to assure the client there would be minimal impact felt by the business community and surrounding neighbors. The City was very grateful that Snyder Langston completed construction without closing the streets or sidewalks during the entire project.
