Norwood

Working with a national retail Real Estate Investment Trust, Norwood served as construction manager for Lower Nazareth Commons, a multi-building community shopping center including a LEED Silver certified retail facility. Norwood constructed the shell buildings occupied by Sports Authority, AT&T and other various retailers. Norwood combined their knowledge of retail projects and expertise in sustainable building projects to ensure that all schedule, budget and LEED goals were met.
