Eight of the residential buildings are four-story, wood frame structures over parking with a total of 416 units and six of the residential buildings are three-story, wood frame structures, on-grade with a total of 117 residential units. The site also includes detached garages and detached carports. Amenities include a 3,820 s.f. leasing office/iCafe, a 1,701 s.f. club room, a 3,023 s.f. fitness center/pool equipment room and an outdoor pool.

Building Type A1-A2

The total square footage of the individual buildings is 93,832, with the living space on each floor ranging from 5,317 s.f. (garage level) to 15,762 s.f. The roof slope is 4.5:12 with concrete 'S' tile/flat tile. Building Type A1-A2 includes a parking garage at the ground floor.

Building Type B1-B2

The total square footage of the individual buildings is 25,710, with the living space on each floor ranging from 5,215 to 7,068 s.f. The roof slope is 4.5:12 with concrete 'S' tile/flat tile.
