New 330-unit luxury apartment complex with one and two bedroom floorplans, a resort style pool with grills and fire pit, a one-acre pet park, coffee bar and game room, business center and fitness room. Eleven wood frame and siding buildings house 30 units each. Finishes include high end appliances, wood cabinets with granite counter tops and wood floors. The scope of work included infrastructure and utilities, and the S&P team went to great effort to save as many of the existing pine trees on the site as possible.
