Colorado Commons is a 68-unit, public-private, residential and mixed-use community, with 5,184 s.f. of street level retail, in the heart of the historic downtown area of Monrovia. Designed as a for-sale, condominium development, the public-private venture with the City’s Redevelopment Agency features a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom flat lofts and live/work plans, including seven affordable-rate and 61 market-rate units. Parking for the project includes the construction of a new, approximately 211-space, above-grade structure to serve the commercial downtown area and a 125-space subterranean structure to serve the new residential development.
