Pre-construction and construction of a mixed-use project consisting of 76 new, multi-family units with up to 2,500 s.f. of ground floor commercial retail uses in a five-story, Type III wood frame building over a Type I podium building that includes a rooftop fitness center and pool deck. Parking is provided within an enclosed parking garage at-grade for retail use and in one and one-half subterranean levels for the residential units. 

Construction to be completed in late 2015.
