Norwood

Norwood served as construction manager for a 56,000 SF interior corporate headquarters build-out for Avantor Performance Materials, a manufacturer of high-performance chemistries and material for pharmaceutical, laboratory and electronics applications. The project included renovations to the lobby, conference rooms, open plan office space, and data center. Norwood’s project team fulfilled all requirements of the RACP (redevelopment assistance capital project) and delivered the completed space in only 4 months.
