This fast tracked 13 week project is a complete tenant build-out including structural reinforcing, all new finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, security and telecommunications replacements. New private offices, conferences rooms, cafeteria training room, IT server room with biometric security and an executive board room were installed. Specialty finishes include wood and cork floors, full height frosted glass partitions, folding partitions, stone and solid work surfaces and venetian fresco plaster.
