Norwood

Norwood has completed more than 600,000 SF of office construction in the Walnut Grove Corporate Center through the owner/developer, a Real Estate Investment Trust. At 100 Witmer Road, Norwood provided preconstruction and construction management services for the renovation and repositioning of a 144,000 SF office building. Norwood originally constructed the building in 1996 as a build-to-suit headquarters for a single user. Following comprehensive base building improvements, Norwood completed interior build-outs for the following tenants:  -Kreischer Miller (39,000 SF)  -New York Life (25,000 SF)  -Kellogg (20,000 SF)  -Emcare Holdings, Inc. (11,500 SF)  -SAI Marketing (6,500 SF)  -Topaz (3,200 SF)  -Healogix, LLC (3,000 SF)  -Interactive Solutions (2,500 SF)  -Bell & Clements, Ltd. (2,000 SF)  -Aspect (1,600 SF)  -Café (1,200 SF)
