The Hunzinger Tenant Improvement Division was contracted to remodel 38,900 square feet of office space at the Park Place Corporate Center. This 5-phase renovation was completed on an extremely aggressive construction schedule in occupied space. The Architect specified high quality finishes requiring special attention for proper installation. Employees worked in temporary offices while their new offices were under construction, which required detailed schedule coordination. Material deliveries and removal of debris was critical to the overall project success. As another tenant was also conducting 80,000 sf of renovations within the same building, workers had to share the single freight elevator for all material deliveries and removal of debris making communication of utmost importance. Building Management noted that cooperation between Hunzinger and other workers was a vital part of the success of this project.
