Norwood

Serving as design/builder, Norwood constructed an 800,000 SF northeast regional mixing center for Pactiv Corporation, a producer of specialty consumer product and food packaging. Due to the success of the project, Pactiv chose to partner with Norwood on additional projects, including a 350,000 SF warehouse/distribution center and a 150,000 SF expansion. Norwood also provided preconstruction services for two facilities totaling 1.2 million SF and served as Owner’s Rep for a 591,000 SF facility. Most recently, Norwood completed renovations to a 10,000 SF facility and served as Design/Builder on another new 100,000 SF facility in South Carolina. Working with Wells Vehicle Electronics, a Pactiv sister company, Norwood also delivered a 63,000 SF facility expansion and renovation. Norwood helped to coordinate and secure economic development incentives and tax relief through various government entities. Project Locations: Canandaigua, New York. Jacksonville, Illinois.
