Norwood

Cabela's, a specialty retailer of outdoor recreation merchandise, has worked with Norwood on multiple projects. In our first successful project together, Norwood delivered Cabela’s two-phase northeast distribution center. Using a fast-track schedule for Phase I, Norwood completed 594,000 SF in 18 weeks from pad to receipt of product. Phase II consisted of a 579,000 SF expansion, bringing the total to over one million SF. The warehouse includes a three-story mezzanine conveyor system; 30,000 SF of office and data processing space; an early-suppression fast-response sprinkler system; and a highly-automated store replenishment and mail order processing center.
