Alliance Construction Solutions was hired as the Construction Manager for the historical renovation and addition to Mount St. Gertrude’s Academy in Boulder, Colorado. The Academy campus consisting of the original Academy building constructed in 1892, the Chapel and the Conservatory are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The restoration of the historic Academy building and construction of a new apartment addition with underground parking facilities, made up this challenging project. Fifty-one residential units for senior citizens comprised this upscale, integrated living community.
