Allicance Construction Solutions served as the Construction Manager on the Park Hill Family Health Center. The building is a 12,000 square foot health clinic for Denver Health and Hospital Authority. The new facility allows for Denver Health to provide much needed medical care in an area that previously was medically under served. The facility includes 18 exam and procedure rooms, consultation and staff areas, blood labs, and a pharmacy. The facility was designed and constructed to meet LEED guidelines for energy and water savings, reduced waste, improved indoor environmental quality, greater employee and patient comfort and lower operation and maintenance costs.
