Norwood

The Norwood Company has recently worked with Abington Memorial Health on several projects at different facilities throughout their system. These projects include a 42,000 SF medical office fit-out, a new 15,000 SF medical office building, a data center upgrade at the AMH Lansdale campus and several new outpatient care centers in Bucks and Montgomery Counties. The new AMH at Blue Bell facility offers 92 exam rooms and a variety of healthcare services including primary care, neurology, women’s care, as well as a comprehensive imaging and laboratory services. Norwood worked under fast-track conditions and focused efforts on the precision installation of the imaging suite equipment, including an MRI scanner, CT scanner, mammography and ultrasound. Upon the completion of the Blue Bell MOB, Norwood commenced construction on a new 15,000 SF medical office building. Norwood will redevelop the 2.5 acre site for the new single story facility that will include 24 exam rooms, radiology and phlebotomy. The project is scheduled for completion in early June 2014.
