Snyder Langston

Working closely with Eisenhower Medical Center during preconstruction, Snyder Langston provided cost estimating, value engineering, disruption mitigation planning, phasing and materials staging that successfully kept surrounding services operating. The seismic upgrade and remodel project scope included asbestos abatement, custom casework, new wall and floor finishes, new suspended ceiling system, as well as all new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety and medical equipment installations. The project was constructed while the hospital was fully occupied and operating adhering to strict project requirements including use of negative air machines, infection control procedures, and noise, vibration and schedule disruption control.
