Norwood

Norwood completed an 84,000 SF interior renovation and fit-out on behalf of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission in compliance with the General Services Administration (GSA). The project included extensive security measures including rooms with STC-50 rated sound proofing, a SCIF enclosure, and blast proofing. The exterior is also secured by bollards able to withstand 5,000lbs of impact traveling at 45 mph. The Incident Resource Center is equipped with 24-hour back-up generators and utilities. The facility also features state-of-the-art AV systems and aesthetic upgrades including mountable glass partitions throughout the offices.
