Snyder Langston completed Development Services and recently commenced construction for the Tarbut V’ Torah Community Day School. The project consists of a 480-student, 62,000 s.f. high school including; classrooms, an extensive library and labs, and a 130,000 s.f. community center, which includes: an athletic club complete with gym, basketball court and weight room, a pre-school, various agency offices, a performance hall for 500 people, and a cafeteria serving the high school and banquet events. Snyder Langston managed the Land Purchase process and the entire Conditional Use Permit process in a very controversial neighborhood, involving many neighborhood meetings, as well as a presentation to community groups and the City Planning Department. The primary issues were traffic and aesthetics.
