Rancho Santa Margarita , CA
"This top of the line facility enhances the opportunities for all those who are blessed to be a part of the student body here," Bishop Tod D. Brown said. Snyder Langston completed the three-story, 39,000 s.f. athletic building for the Diocese of Orange. It houses a 7,000 s.f. state-of-the-art fitness center and weight room, team rooms with lockers, conference rooms, coaches’ offices, an 800 s.f. trainers’ room, wrestling training facility, campus storage and four classrooms with walls that can be removed to create banquet and meeting spaces. The center will serve as an all-encompassing athletic facility on par with top universities across the country. The building is the first LEED-certified building in Rancho Santa Margarita and in the Diocese of Orange. The materials used to construct the building are environmentally friendly, contain renewable resources and will conserve energy.
