Construction of a 17,500 s.f temporary parking lot adjacent to the school campus. The parking lot accommodates 36 standard spaces and 18 compact spaces. The project included such site improvements as landscaping, site walls and a storm water infiltration unit. The additional parking will help reduce the amount of congestion the current campus faces during peak school hours. Interior remodel of approximately 9,200 s.f. of existing classrooms, offices and meeting rooms. Upgrades to mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Remodel of the classrooms will include upgrades to the interior finishes including new cabinets, doors, windows and lighting systems. The new layout of the first floor space and interior improvements will help improve the environment in which students and teachers develop and work.
