On behalf of a private developer, Norwood built a four-story, 110,000 SF office building featuring an elaborate curtain wall exterior and under building parking. Norwood provided significant design-assist input during the preconstruction phase. This early involvement resulted in building modifications that saved nearly 10 percent off the initial project cost projections with no significant compromise in the building's quality or functionality.
