Norwood

Serving as construction manager on behalf of a private developer, Norwood constructed a three-story, 88,000 SF office building incorporating state-of-the-art HVAC, fire, and life safety systems. Working collaboratively with the developer during the preconstruction phase to provide design-assist insight, Norwood was able to meet operational and budgetary goals. Norwood also delivered interior build-out projects for Virtua Health, Progressive insurance, and RealEstate.com
