Hunzinger Construction Company

The Hunzinger team was selected by Cedar Lake United Educators for Construction Management Services including preconstruction/planning services (site selection, budgeting, and the solicitation of architectural and engineering design teams) and construction administration and oversight services for their new facility in Slinger, Wisconsin. Hunzinger also self-performed all concrete footings, foundations, and flatwork for the project. The new facility was planned, designed, constructed, and occupied in approximately one year and features wood-framed construction with Hardieplank, stone, and aluminum framed storefront façade elements. Furthermore, the interior space is decorated in neutral earth tones and includes multiple offices, work areas, common areas and is highlighted by high-bay presentation rooms with clearstory transom glazing that maximizes natural light transmittance.
