Located within the Milwaukee Center, one of Wisconsin's premiere Class-A Office Buildings, Hunzinger renovated five floors of vacant office space to accommodate the explosive growth of M&I's Wealth Management Division. This 100,000 square foot renovation included integration of the tenant's sophisticated Information Systems Technologies, while maintaining an elite standard of privacy for M&I's valuable customers. Delicate finish work included the matching of new full height wall panels to existing panels as well as intricate crown and floor moldings at high profile customer contact locations. New finishes throughout the tenant's new space were completed on time for each of the floors, in a multi-phased move.
