New 25,000 SF office and warehouse facility that provides food services for Houston ISD’s 250,000 students throughout the district. The tilt-wall building includes space for the facility’s three primary components: food production, storage areas and administrative support. Total concrete used for building the slab, tilt-wall and site construction was approximately 20,000 cubic yards and included site paving, area paving for parking lots, a storage area for Houston ISD delivery trucks, driveways for passenger car/bus and 18-wheel truck access, finished reinforced concrete sidewalks, and wheelchair ramps.
