Construction Management services for a 42-acre mixed-use office, hotel and retail project located in Mission Valley. Work included extensive budgeting, scheduling, design coordination and controls. Project consisted of a two-story steel frame retail complex constructed over a two-level subterranean parking garage. The 135,000 s.f. complex consists of retail specialty stores, restaurants, entertainment space and a 7-plex Mann Theatre. Office component of the project included a 15-story, stone-clad building totally 293,000 s.f., including a 2,000-car parking structure.
