Norwood Partners with Sage Senior Living to Construct New Paoli Community
On behalf of Sage Senior Living, The Norwood Company has commenced construction on a 78-unit, 95-bed Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Paoli, PA. Norwood provided in-depth preconstruction services and worked collaboratively with Blackney Hayes Architects to help create a facility that will allow its residents to receive personalized care in the most comfortable and safe living environment. Located on Lancaster Avenue on Philadelphia’s Main Line, the new community will offer extensive amenities including a salon, health spa, café and a beautifully landscaped exterior. The project is slated for completion in the Spring of 2015.
