Norwood served as construction manager for Fellowship Village on a 72-acre campus. The project included a 60,000 SF Healthcare Center, a 44,000 SF Community Center and 239,000 SF of residential facilities. The residential portion of the project included 235 independent living units, 59 skilled nursing beds and 26 assisted living units.
