Construction of a poured-in-place covered arcade and porte cochere (or pedestrian bridge and elevator tower). The covered walk has a Cal Wall skylight system, tile domes and stone treatments. Project included site work renovation and an addition of a sunshade and crown molding elements to the facades of St. Joseph's Medical Center buildings. Also included were the main lobby renovations, as well as extensive intersection modification and coordination with the City of Orange traffic engineers to alleviate congestion during construction. The covered bridge consists of stone treatments, EIFS exterior cladding and a ceramic tile dome.
