Satterfield & Pontikes Construction, Inc.

The Houston Independent School District selected Satterfield & Pontikes Construction to lead the renovation of John H. Reagan High School, the centerpiece of the district’s 2002 Rebuild HISD
Bond Program. Originally built in 1927 in the Historic Heights District, Reagan High School is one of Houston’s oldest campuses and serves 1,500 students every year.
Scope of work on this project included:
• A new 75,000 SF Academic Building
• A two-story, 105-car parking garage
• A 79,000 SF cafeteria
• Two gymnasiums
• New remote parking lot
• New football field
• Two tennis courts
• A 9,500 SF Vocational Building
• Renovations to 125,000 SF of the existing structure
