Norwood

Norwood constructed two new office buildings and provided interior build-out for residential mortgage company, PHH Mortgage at their corporate headquarters campus. The new buildings – 175,000 SF and 90,000 SF each – are primarily used as mortgage processing centers. They were completed consecutively and consist primarily of open-plan space. The facilities also include executive offices, a large cafeteria, conference rooms, and Main Distribution Frame and Intermediate Distribution Frame rooms for data center backup support. Norwood also provided interior build-out services to PHH for more than 100,000 SF of additional space in various other locations.
