The project is situated on a 4.5-acre parcel and also included an adjacent three-level 122,543 s.f., 374-stall parking structure that is constructed of long-form PT concrete.
The green building elements include: HVAC exceeding Title 24 Energy Standards; water reduction by more than 30%; 50% of the parking is shaded; certified cool roof; and demotion material recycling program.
